B&T Mobile Detailing – Terms & Conditions
At B&T Mobile Detailing, we’re committed to delivering a convenient, high-quality, and worry-free car detailing experience. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which help ensure safety, clear communication, and the best possible results for your vehicle.
1. Our Promise to You
Your vehicle is important to us. We prioritize proper techniques, safety, and attention to detail. If we believe a service might risk damage to your vehicle, we will let you know and will not perform that service.
2. Payment
We accept cash, card, Venmo, and other forms of payment. Full payment is required at the time your service is completed. Additional charges may apply for:
• Excessive pet hair
• Heavy stains or spills
• Large amounts of debris
• Removing personal items
We’ll always let you know if additional charges apply before we begin.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We do our best to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Sometimes delays happen due to traffic, weather, or unexpected situations. If we’re running behind, we’ll contact you with an updated arrival time.
We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another customer.
4. Results Disclaimer
While we aim for the best possible results, we do not guarantee showroom-quality restoration. Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and materials in your vehicle.
5. Photos & Marketing
By booking with B&T Mobile Detailing, you give us permission to take before-and-after photos or short videos of your vehicle. These may be used for our website or social media to showcase our work. We’ll never sell or give your photos to third parties.
6. Damage Policy
Minor cosmetic issues (such as light scratches or marks) that may occur during the detailing process are not eligible for reimbursement.
If you notice an issue after your appointment that wasn’t addressed during the final walk-around, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a touch-up visit, which must be scheduled within 5 days. This is handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
7. Liability
By using our services, you agree to hold B&T Mobile Detailing harmless from any costs, claims, or damages (including legal fees) that may arise after our work is completed. Your safety and satisfaction are important to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
